Make a copy of the apps you have in iTunes on Windows and put them in iTunes on your Mac. Authorize your Mac with your iTunes account or Apple ID, and you'll be able to resync them. If the apps aren't in iTunes on Windows and are only on the device, you'll need to jailbreak them with iTools if your device is jailbroken, and then add them to iTunes on your Mac.
