Is my iPhone hacked? And push notifications, help!

I recently bought an iPhone 4, and every time I go to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, the message "Connect to iTunes to receive notifications" appears. On Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, if I tap "OK," it disappears, but only on YouTube does it keep reappearing. I need help. I've read a bit, but nothing works. I've tried restoring it to factory settings, signing out of Apple ID, turning it off and on again, but nothing works. I don't know if my iPhone is hacked. I bought it from a friend. :L Oh, and it doesn't have a SIM card. I don't know if that affects anything. :L Thanks for your time.
