Friends, I have an iPhone 5s that, after hitting the floor hard, turned off. Now, when I turn it on, I get a red or blue screen after the Apple logo. Some people tell me it's a physical problem, that the impact might have caused a cut on the motherboard, and it's completely ruined. I've already tried resetting it from every possible method, even flashing the firmware in DFU mode, but nothing works. When I restart it, it does the same thing: after the Apple logo, I get the same screen, which is sometimes blue. I would really appreciate any help. The phone is less than a month old; it's practically brand new. Thanks in advance.
