The text on my icons and apps is not visible
It started happening after I installed a Cydia tweak called LinkTune. Everything started from there. I turn it on and off and nothing happens.

Have you tried uninstalling the tweak? If you can't uninstall it, you'll need to enter safe mode. This involves turning off your device and holding down the volume up button, then turning it back on (without releasing the volume up button). Once in safe mode, you'll be able to uninstall the tweak.
