SBRotaror 1.2.1 Updated and Working

iPhone users, SBRotator is a tweak that allows you to rotate the icons of your iPhone & iPod Touch in all four orientations.

Next, I will explain step by step how to install it and make it work on our devices.

PROCESS:

1. On our iPhone or iPod, we enter Cydia and tap on Management:

We're talking about Sources:

Click on Edit:

Add:

We add the following source: http://apt.macosmovil.com/ and click on Add Source

We click Done and go Search:

In the search bar we type "sbrotator" and choose the one marked as "from macOSmovil"

We click on install:

and then confirm:

We wait for it to install and then exit Cydia

IMPORTANT: DO NOT ROTATE THE IPHONE OR IPOD TO AVOID THE "CONSIDER BUYING?" MESSAGE

So far we have the application installed. Now we are going to add the patch so that we don't encounter any problems.

2. On our iPhone or iPod, we go to Settings and tap on WiFi

Click on the arrow in front of our network name:

We noted our IP address and went to our iPhone's home screen to use WinSCP.

3. We install and open WinSCP on our PC:

with our iPhone or iPod connected to the WiFi network

In WINSCP

• 1. In IP we enter the address we got from our iPhone or iPod

• 2. We put "root" without quotes
• 3. In the password field, enter "alpine" without quotes.

Note: If you changed your device's username or password, enter the ones you assigned..

We click Connect

Then we click on this place and select « » and double-click on the Library folder

Then double-click on "MobileSubstrate" and on DynamicLibraries

In this folder, we select and delete the file called "SBRotator.dylib"

We drag the "SBRotator.dylib" file that we downloaded at the beginning of this tutorial to this location and copy it.

Right-click on the SBRotator file and select Properties

In this field, we change the permissions we have to "0777" and click OK.

We exit WinSCP and turn off and on our iPhone or iPod (for the more experienced, we perform a Respring).
