The cybersecurity firm, SymantecA significant increase in incidents violating the security of Apple products is anticipated next year, due to the perceived attacks on iOS and Mac OS X this year that manifested themselves largely.

“There is a growing number of people designing malware that affects anything running Mac OS X or iOS,” said Dick o'brien, a regular researcher at Symantec.
