Hello iPhone users, We all know that the iOS 5 Notification Center can only be viewed on the SpringBoard Since Apple did not allow it to run on the LockScreen, that is, when your device is locked. Bulletin is a new tweak that lets you open the Notification Center from the Lock Screen. This is undoubtedly very useful for everyone who has iOS 5.
