Tim Cook is being sued over iOS 7 update

After this new software was released , and after many users reported numerous complaints about it.
Today , Apple CEO Tim Cook was sued in small claims court by Mark David Menacher, a customer from California.
This user claims that Apple has forced most users to download the iOS 7 installation file onto their devices; however, these files are now impossible to delete.
