Swiss company claims to own the rights to the clock icon that Apple uses on the iPad with iOS 6

It seems that Apple is now in trouble , and with good reason. In its new iOS 6 update for the iPad, the time has changed drastically, and instead of being original and creating its own clock, Apple has apparently taken the icon of a Swiss railway company that has the clock in its stations.
