DisableLaunch is a new tweak available on Cydia that blocks access to all apps on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. It's very easy to use and very useful, and it's available for free on Cydia. In its latest version, it blocks apps that are open from the Multitasking menu and can block specific apps.
