According to reports, Apple has put its plans for the " Apple TV" on hold once again. This is likely because, for now, they are focused on portable devices.
It is known that some financial analysts and people close to the industry have been speculating about Apple 's entry into the television sales business next year.
Sources close to the television supply chain indicated that Apple still seems to be seeking the resources for the product's launch. It's expected that it won't be known until the second half of 2014 whether or not this will actually happen, and the company is likely considering offering two or three large screen sizes with 4K resolution.
