The update can be downloaded on your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad, and is available through iTunes or via OTA, meaning directly from your device (settings > software update). It's worth noting that downloading iOS 7.1.2 via iTunes (or any third-party website) will be larger than 1GB, while the OTA download size will depend on the device and could be between 30 and 32MB.
