iTunes 11.1 removes IPSW Custom Restore for iOS 7

We're all familiar with the Sn0wbreeze tool, which allowed us to create a custom IPSW restore for later restoration with iTunes. iH8Sn0w has discovered that with the iTunes 11.1 update, Apple removed the ability to perform custom IPSW restores for iOS 7, so according to him, additional workarounds will be required to perform custom restores.
