NitoTV , the main jailbreaker behind the Apple TV jailbreak , took the stage at JailbreakCon. NitoTV spoke about jailbreaking the Apple TV (3G) 1080p. Unfortunately, as with the iOS 6 and iPhone 5 jailbreaks , there was no demonstration and very little information was shared.

We're all eager to hear the latest news about a future iOS 6 jailbreak. Well, at JailbreakCon 2012 (WWJC), the well-known hacker pod2g indicated that a jailbreak for iOS 6 or the iPhone 5 wouldn't be released . This is because it's not ready at all, and the jailbreak we saw a few weeks ago from Chpwn was referred to by pod2g as a failbreak.

Just this week we mentioned that the iPhone 5 had been jailbroken , since Grant Paul , better known on Twitter as @Chpwn, had published some images of his iPhone 5 with Cydia installed.
