JD Power has just released its well-known Top Wireless Smartphone Satisfaction Study for 2014. This ranking analyzes in detail the satisfaction that users have with each company's smartphones .
This annual survey takes into account the main provider companies within the U.S. , such as Apple, Samsung, AT&T Average, Blackberry, HTC, Nokia, LG and Motorola.
To determine the accuracy of this study and accurately measure customer satisfaction, the experience of 13,237 users with each of their smartphones was first analyzed.
