Samsung files an appeal against the ruling against it in the Apple lawsuit

Following a court hearing a few days ago, Apple won its lawsuit against Samsung, which was accused of copying some iPhone patents and incorporating them into its own models . Based on the severity of the act and the potential losses Apple could have suffered as a result of this patent infringement, the Supreme Court ruled that Samsung must pay Apple a fine of $548 million.

According to the Supreme Court ruling , North Korea is expected to pay the fine today after Apple won the lawsuit; however, the company is reportedly filing a new appeal to reduce the amount of the fine.
