Hey iPhone user, Splash lets you customize the image that opens apps on your iPhone or iPod Touch. It works and is activated with Winterboard. Just open the app, select the image you want to appear at the start of each app, and respring. It's a paid app in the Cydia Store, but you can get it completely free from the iPhoneate repo.
