Samsung will sue Apple if it releases an iPhone with LTE technology.

Samsung has officially announced that, should Apple launch a smartphone with LTE , such as the iPhone 5 , it will immediately move to sue the Cupertino company for patent infringement related to the ultra-fast connection called LTE 4G.
