For this occasion, we present Cydia Rating, a tweak that is currently available for free and can be acquired through the Developer Repo.
Basically, what this tweak offers is the ability to log in with an official Cydia account. Once registered, the user can then rate all the tweaks available on Cydia , or at least the most useful and interesting ones they've found.
