Download the file from the download link posted in the post, then transfer the file via iFunbox and install it via iFile by moving it to the /var/mobile/documents/ folder. Then click on the file and several options will appear, but you will select Installer. Wait for it to install, activate it via Winterboard by checking all the boxes that say Kruz HD, and that's it! You just installed it, enjoy!

Via Cydia in the iPhoneame Repo:
