Since he took over as head of the most valuable company of 2014 for the second year in a row and one of the most influential technology companies worldwide, Tim Cook's sexual preference had been criticized many times, now he has finally admitted it publicly.

According to BusinessWeek , Apple's CEO has tried to maintain a certain level of privacy and has been open-minded about other people's sexual orientation for years. "Many of my colleagues at the company know I'm gay , and that makes no difference to how they treat me," Cook said.

Although I've never denied my sexuality to others, I've never made it public until now. I'm proud to be gay , and I believe it's one of the greatest blessings I've ever received, Tim Cook stated.
