Tim Cook asks his employees to observe a moment of silence on the second anniversary of Steve Jobs' death.

 

Two years after Steve Jobs' death, Tim Cook sent an email to all company employees today , commemorating the second anniversary of Jobs ' passing.

The message literally reads as follows:

“Tomorrow marks the second anniversary of Steve’s passing. I hope everyone reflects on what he means to all of us and to the world. Steve was an incredible human being, and he left this world to go to a better place. I think of him often and always find tremendous strength in remembering his friendship, vision, and leadership. He left behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple. Let’s continue to honor his memory by dedicating ourselves fully to the work he loved so much. There is no greater tribute to his memory. I know he would be proud of all of you.”
