Tutorial: Remove the app name from your iPhone & iPod Touch + Bonus
Hey, iPhone user!
Want to give your iPod Touch or iPhone a new look? Here's the theme you requested, along with a matching dock I designed. This theme is for Winterboard. Feel free to vote and say thanks!
Requirements:
- Having a jailbroken iPod Touch/iPhone.
- You need to have Winterboard installed. If you don't know how, click here. here!
- Being able to access your device via FTP/SSH
Steps to follow:
1. You must download the theme from one of the following links:
http://www.megaupload.com/es/?d=CC49CVP4
o http://rapidshare.com/files/189526053/Themes___Dockflow_-_Black_-_Ypam.rar.html (UPDATED)
2. Unzip it and leave it in a folder or on the desktop.
3.-Access your device via FTP using WinSCP or a similar program.
4. Now, go to /Library/Themes and place the theme folder with all the files there.
5.- You copy it and wait, then close Winscp.
6. That's it for now, let's go to WinterBoard on your iPhone/iPod touch…
7.- We unlock it and you will have it like this.
8. Now, to remove the app names, we do the following step
We're going to WinterBoard.
We searched for and selected "No Undocked Icon Labels" and placed it at the top, leaving it there so that when you change themes and want to continue hiding app names... Oh, to move it, you tap the three lines and drag it upwards, and that's it.
9.- We unlock it and you will have it like this.
I hope you find it pleasant and comfortable, and that I can continue to contribute.
Sincerely, YPAM
