And as social media enthusiasts, users didn't hesitate to express their discontent online. Twitter was the main platform, as thousands of users began commenting and posting screenshots to demonstrate the malicious iOS 9 bug. Some even reported that after successfully downloading iOS 9, the operating system crashed. So, did Apple fail to properly test iOS on all its devices? Perhaps so.

The release of iOS 9 coincided with the launch of products like the iPhone 6 and iPad Pro, which came with iOS 9 pre-installed. However, the complaints have been so numerous that other users, who haven't yet updated from iOS 8 to iOS 9 , might be hesitant to download the new software. This could backfire on Apple; in fact, if there's a bug in iOS 9, it would mean the company would have to fix it in a future update.
For now, Apple will have to wait a few days to see if the downloads begin to slow down from their initial pace. This would imply that the software update would proceed without any issues.
