A large number of iPad Pro users have experienced problems with their devices this month. According to reports shared on various forums, the device freezes after being fully charged . The most viable solution found by most users was to perform a factory reset; however, more and more users are experiencing these issues with their iPad Pros.

Problems with the iPad Pro have emerged after several users fully charged it.

The 12.9-inch iPad Pro is now available in online stores!

The recent crashes causing the device to freeze are affecting both the 32GB and 128GB versions, both running iOS 9.1. The exact cause of the crash is still unknown, although many users reported that it began after they restored an iCloud backup , leading to rumors that this action may be responsible for the iPad Pro's problems.

iCloud backups may be causing the problems

Despite constant complaints and questions from users on Apple forums, their support team published several methods to resolve the issue. One of these was restoring the iPad Pro; the second option recommended a factory reset of the device via iTunes. To force a device restart, simply press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least ten seconds. The logo that appears on the screen will indicate that the restart has been completed.

It has not yet been determined whether the problems with the device are due to hardware or software issues; however, this is not the first time this has occurred on an Apple device. Last month, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus also suffered from a similar problem, which could indicate that it is a flaw in iOS 9.
